As you know waking up early has became a big problem. We always try our best but always fail. you might be thinking how can i wake up early without any stress.
1. Make sure that the air you breath is a little cold.
2. Try to sleep without a pillow.
3. Keep your alarm in a such place that it is not within reach.
3. Use more than one alarm. ( Alarm #1. 3:00Am Alarm #2. 3:05Am)
4. Try to take a bath with cool or cold water.
5. Turn on your night light before going to bed.
6. Try to wear cotton sleepwear.
7. Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up.
8. Eat some healty food before bed.
9. Do not turn on any light when you wake up. ( This can effect your eyes)
10. Do patt rehras sahib and kirtan sohela before going to bed.
